thursday was d most slack netball training ever. at first only 3 of us, me , joey n chuan ling came. then chuan ling started calling all d rest of them so jing wen came too. so only d four of us. some of them already reach home liao le. lolx... but fortunately, the rest came too, for a while only cuz they needed to go for HEATS. [heats is d nanyang annual track n field meets] so we started to do d warm-up, which is running 1 round, then do 20 sit-ups, run 2nd round, n do 20 push-ups. then run another round n do 20 dips. then another round n do 20 of these climbing up n down d stairs. :)so after a while they all left. so now only got 4 ppl. btw, jaime hong aso got heats but she didn't come for d first part. o.Oso we had to queue in a straight line, then d senior will pass d ball to u then we muz jump n catch it, then pivot n throw back to yr fren. quite easy la... oh, btw, d seniors only abt 4-5 came first, then some left n left abt 2-3 only. wahaha....later, chuan ling too, aso went for heats. so only 3 of us, wat to do?? so yanquan n peishan was like ," u noe wat we shud do?? lets sit down n chat!!" haha.. so we really went to sit on d bench n chatted until d rest came back, which was like 5 somethin already lah!! after they all came back, we played full-court n half-court. i can't remember le. hehe, short term memory... so we played until 6 liddat then we all went home...then on d bus i found out tat i left my jacket on d rockwall d bench!! i totally freaked out!! so fortunately i went back to d bench d next day, n it was exactly at d same place where i left it!! yay!!oh, n next thurs, we won't have netball practice, instead, we will have our netball orientation!! yay!!
